Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Technical issues or service outages not resolved within a reasonable time frame.
- Duplicate or incorrect billing charges.
- Cancellation of annual or long-term plans within a specified cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are not provided for:
