4. Payment and Billing
Use of certain WappChatify services may require payment of fees. All fees are as described in the applicable plans and are subject to change upon notice.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge all applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
WappChatify provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WappChatify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WappChatify, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
